This recognition is considered unique because its by the players where they would vote for a goalkeeper, four defenders, four midfielders and two strikers.<\/p>\n<p>Qatar Players Association seeks to enhance the sport spirit and solidarity through Qatar 11 awards and it hosted its first edition in 2018.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2180 size-medium alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.qpa.qa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5026-300x269.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qpa.qa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5026-300x269.jpg 300w, https:\/\/qpa.qa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5026-768x689.jpg 768w, https:\/\/qpa.qa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5026.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Winner of Qatar11 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Best Goalkeeper: Saad Al Dosari \u2013 Al-Sadd Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Right Back: Hamid Ismail \u2013 Al-Sadd Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Left Back: Abdulkareem Hassan \u2013 Al-Sadd Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Central Defender: Pedro Miguel \u2013 Al-Sadd Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Central Defender: Lucas Mendes \u2013 Al-Duhail Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Central Midfielder: Karim Boudiaf- Al-Duhail Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Central Midfielder: Ahmed Abdulmaqsoud \u2013 Al-Rayyan Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Attacking Midfielder: Xavi Hernandes \u2013 Al-Sadd Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Right Wing: Hassan Al Haydos- Al-Sadd Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Left Wing: Youssef Msakni- Al-Duhail Club.<\/li>\n<li>Best Striker: Bagdad Bounjah- Al-Sadd Club.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Voting Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The voting procedure commences a month prior Qatar11 awards ceremony through which the players would choose the best using prearranged forms as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The form contains three names for each position based on the valuation of Qatar Stars League.<\/li>\n<li>The players are not obliged to choose from the names in the form and they can add any name of their choice.<\/li>\n<li>One player should be chosen for each position.<\/li>\n<li>The form should contain the players\u2019 name and signature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By the end of the voting process, Qatar Players Association would announce a shortlist of the three names of each position who collected the most votes and will announce the winner during the ceremony of Qatar11.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview Qatar11 is an annual award from the players for the players, where Qatar Players Association invites all professional footballers to choose the best eleven players who constitute the best team of the season.
